Unable to log in to Orbi router SXK30
Hi there,
I am unable to login to Orbi router. Have done reset of both router and satellite and followed all installation and troubleshooting steps.
When trying to connect with laptop (both wirelessly and via ethernet), I do not get page prompting for password login when I go to Orbilogin.com or orbilogin.net or the IP addresses supplied. Device says connected to Orbi network, but unable to log in to router.
I have also downloaded the Orbi app to my phone and followed all the steps for installation. The app prompts me to join the Orbi wifi network, which I do, but then the app tells me I'm connected to the Orbi network and I need to be connected to the Orbi network instead! Does not accept any password or login attempts as it seems to think I have not yet joined the Orbi network. It is telling me I'm on the wrong one.

Perfectly correct:
There is no word of using the Orbi App in any Support pages for thr SXK30 (Product Data Sheet, Installation Guide, User Manual) of the SXK30 (the kit made up of a SXR30 router plus one or more SXS30) or any other Orbi Pro model documentation.
However, I admit the user guidance on the Netger Orbi App requires enhncement, especially when considering it should not be difficult to detect the product your mobile is associated to and the uninformed user might try.

Back to the original user issue. Tell us more about your network please. Where is the SXR30 connected to - what Internet service, what device does provide the Internet access.
The default SXR30 LAN IP addess is 192.1681.1. In case you may have a modem that is also a router serving your your Internet connection, and this 192.168.1.x/24 is already in use, the Netger routers fall-back to 10.0.0.1/24.

Thanks for your efforts to assist. I actually had an IT-savvy friend come out to my place and he somehow managed to fix it. Not sure how.....!

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
