Orbi RBR750 keeps disconnecting from (2) Satellites (RBS350)

In the Orbi App I recently clicked the "update firmware" for my RBR750 router, after updating it's been disconnecting from the (2) RBS350 satellites.  I've tried to do resets of the satellites and also did a factory reset of the entire router + satellites.  I was able to get them to connect for about a day and now I can't get the satellites to connect. 

RBR750 - FW V7.2.6.31_5.0.24

RBS350 - Firmware Version : V4.4.1.29

I tried looking for a more current FW for the RBS350, but I appear to be running the latest that's on the support site.

Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

The latest RBR750 firmware update is not compatible with the RBS350 satellites, or vice versa.

Interesting that it auto updated to a version that doesn't support the RBS350s. I'll see about manually downgrading the FW.

You need to downgrade the RBR750 beck to v4 FW:

Downgraded to v4 and that fixed the issue. I made sure to turn off auto update.

Please disable the auto update feature on the RBR prior to downgrading back to v4 or soon after you get v4 back on the RBR. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Cannot thank you enough. I had this same issue (upon setup it auto-updated the router FW causing satellites to not connect) and have been banging my head against the wall. Downgrading the FW on the RBR750 solved the problem. Thank you again.
