RBK752 Blocked Websites

For a little while now I have problems connecting to some websites on all my devices and in chrome get an error ‘err_http2_protocol_error’ and I have tried other browsers. I wondered if it was an issue from a firmware update for the Orbi Router so at the weekend I factory reset it and re-set it up but the issue still persists. I am on the latest firmware 4.6.5.14 and I have Netgear armour disabled, don't have any website blocking on and dont use parental controls although there is a profile in that called home which I assume is just a default setting. I have spoken with my ISP but they say its not an issue with them and that it must be my router so I dontknow where to go from here. Please can anyone advise if they think it is likely to be an issue with the router or if its more likely to be my ISP.
Thanks for any advice anyone can give.
Paul

Hi FURRYe38
I have been able to borrow another router and get the same result so it seems as you said its an ISP issue not the router. Thank you for your help.
Kind regards
Paul

Re: RBK752 Blocked Websites
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What web browser are you using?
Does this happen on different devices?

Re: RBK752 Blocked Websites
I am using Chrome but have tried other browsers as well with the same result and yes it happens on all my devices Android and Chrome OS. I don't think I can find out the Mfr and Model# of the modem as it's fixed to the wall and the front and sides are blank. This only started happening recently and nothing else has changed apart from the firmware on the router as far as I'm aware.
Regards

Re: RBK752 Blocked Websites
Looking to see if there is a built in router at the ISP modem level. Possible there maybe.
IF this has been working and just started recently, possible this could be a ISP issue.
Is Armor enabled on the RBR? Disable it if it is.
Try this, power OFF the RBR and connect 1 wired PC to the ISP modem. Test same web sites with the one PC conencted to the modem...

Internet search for err_http2_protocol_error turns up many hits, such as this one:
The point is that the issue may not be with the ISP, but with local devices.
