Just bought Orbi two unit set up to connect to my AT&T Fiber gateway. I've read several blogs and youtube videos. All have different ideas on how to set this up. Most suggest putting the fiber gateway in bridge mode then setting up the Orbi. Others also suggest turn DHCP off on the gateway and letting Orbi assign dynamic IP addresses. Thoughts?

Its whatever will work best for you if you like or are using alot of the advanced features on the ATT router then you can just disable the wifi on it and then use the orbi as AP.
