Can Orbi satellite get info via wired ethernet (not just wired backhaull)?
To Netgear re RBK 44
I have a celing mounted Wi-Fi Access Point, WNDAP360 which is old and doesn't cover my entire home of 6,000 square feet. I am having trouble as it won't update the firmware and it doesn't work well.
I am considering an Orbi system.
I have wired Ethernet to many rooms but I have a bedroom that is too far away to get any Wi-Fi signal, however it has wired Ethernet.
I know the Orbi uses wired backhall. But my back bedroom gets no Wi-Fi so can the Orbi satellite get its information from the router by wired Ethernet?
Wired backhall takes a signal from the satellite to the router but does it also supply information the other way from the router to the satellite??

Yes it can:
Do you have any ethernet switches in use in the house? If so, Mfr and model# of these switches.
