What is the iOS or Android app version?
What is the model of the Smart phone used?
Have you tried using a different smart phone?

Re: Netgear Armor cannot activate in Firmware 2.3.0.32
@quaningeneva Have you used Netgear Armor on R7000P or have you previously activated Netgear Armor?
If you have not previously used Netgear Armor then issue maybe related to your SSO or device not being able to register to Netgear X-Cloud to make the activation process with Netgear Armor on Bitdefender side possible. Netgear will need to get the Xcloud logs and your contact info including SSO. Could you please DM @Blanca_O with your contact info?
