Orbi Guest WiFi network disconnects from internet periodically
I've seen the multiple posts and all the posts say "solved" but they are clearly not solved. Just as title says, Guest WiFi internet connection is dropping out periodically. Signal for Guest WiFi is perfectly strong. I've upgraded to newest firmware (V4.6.3.16) but to no avail. Guest WiFi still drops out periodically.
One post says support provided steps to manual reflash. Where do we find that? The support link on Netgear's website leads to a broken link. Netgear is is struggling right now... Hopefully the community is better?

What is the model number of this Orbi?
Can you copy the link that talked about manual reflash?

For your version of FW, I presume you have a Orbi AX system, Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thanks, i'll post it there. Seems like a huge oversight if this many customers are having trouble.
