RBR50 with a fucsia dot on the network map
my router on the network map appears with a fucsia dot, whilst the satellite with a green one and on the main scree of my app next to the image of the router with the moving disc it says Internet: offline, everything seems connecting and operating fine
Any idea why is that?

what modem/gateway are you connected to?
A combo device can cause a double nat and give you that.

Does it report the same thing at orbilogin.com? Lately the app has been reporting wrong information with regard to router, satellites and devices. Not sure why, unless the latest app update has a bug.
