Satellite only connects at 2.4ghz

I have my router in the basement, a satellite on the first floor and two on the second floor. The network map shows the first floor connects at 2.4 only. Why? It is directly above the router, very close. Latest firmware. Resetting and resyncing doesn’t help. 2nd floor units, further from the router, are great.

    What difference does it make?   Is everything working?

      The app has a yellow icon against it rather than green.

    try moving it further away. the satellites should be at least 30 ft from each other and the router. minimum.
