Orbi 350: Wired connection cannot access internet. Wifi works

Question

I have an Orbi RBR 350. The wifi works well however, the wired connections do not work.

When I connect a laptop via ethernet to the router, it shows up as 'connected to the internet via ethernet' in Windows Network settings. I can also connect to the router via the laptop through www.orbilogin.com and in here it says the internet connection is 'good'. However, I cannot access the internet through any of the browsers on the laptop (Chrome / Explorer). I have tried two laptops.

And both laptops have there networking settings set for obtain IP addressing automatically?&nbsp;
Do these laptops work ok with being wireless?&nbsp;
Be sure to swap LAN cables with a good working cable. CAT6 is commended.&nbsp;

I tried a different router and the wired connection works fine so it must be an issue with the Orbi router.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I commend you contact NG support and ask for help and information regarding this. Ask about an RMA. Seems that the RBR maybe faulty and needs replaced. Seems to be a known issue. Work around for now is to use AP mode with a different router.&nbsp;
