Samsung TV [KS7000] can't connect to WIFI [ORBI RBK 752 - 2 pack mesh]

Last Saturday, purchased and installed ORBI RBK 752 2-pack mesh system. My Samsung TV KS7000 can't connect to the ORBI WIFI ['Wireless network disconnected. IP auto setting failed'], while all other devices do. Please note the following:

1) Out of 50+ attempts, the TV was able to connect 3 times to the ORBI WIFI (until the TV is switched off from the mains).

2) The TV is able to connect to my mobile phone hotspot and to all previous WIFI equipment on the 5 GHz broadcast.

3) Both the router RBR750 and the satellite RBS750 have the latest firmware V4.6.5.14.

4) The TV has the newest software 1250.2.

I am seeing some closed threads on similar topics from @cpmassen with responses from @FURRYe38 , based on which I tried the following:

A) Unchecked 'enable 2.4 GHz' under 'enable AX'.

B) Set 2.4 GHz channel to 6.

C) Set 5 GHz channel to 48

D) Set CTS/RTS to 2347 on both 2.4 and 5 GHz.

E) Decreased 2.4 GHz power to 50%

F) Under LAN setup, reserved an IP address for the TV.

So far no luck; any help will be appreciated.

The TV appears to prefer a 5G WiFi connection when one is available (which the Orbi provides).

Doing anything to the 2.4G WiFi is unlikely to change the situation.

The KS7000 appears to date from 2016

This makes it extremely unlikely that this model will support 802.11ax on either WiFi frequency.  Firmware updates have no impact on this because ax support is part of the actual WiFi 'chip' in the hardware.

Might try disabling ax support on the 5G WiFi.

or.... check in with the Samsung support options to see how Samsung customers are dealing with 802.11ax.

With TV I recommend to use WPS.
Follow the bellow steps to set up a WPS connection:
-Press the Home Button icon on your remote control.
-Select Settings > General > Network.
-Open Netwrok Settings > Network Type.
-Select Wireless > Wireless Connections.
-Scroll Down > press Use WPS.
-Press the SYNC button on Orbi node closest to the TV (router or satellite) to establish a connection.
-Once a successful connection is made, press ok.

Thanks, this solution worked temporarily, for a few days. Since the tv shows the same connectivity issues with the previous router (which has worked fine for months), then there must be something wrong with the tv (firmware). I will try contacting Samsung shortly.
