Mine is just going offline completely. Satellites stop working and WiFi is offline but wired still works. Annoying considering returning and going another route. Less than a week old and already having issues.

Re: Satellites stop working and WiFi is offline but wired still works
Do the front LEDS turn on PINK when this happens?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

Re: Satellites stop working and WiFi is offline but wired still works
The latest update actually resolved this issue it seems like. Has not happened since they updated!
There are a couple new random little issues where internet just essentially pauses on devices and stops working but a quick off and on of wifi on the end devices fixes it. Nothing I can't deal with, but I'm sure future updates will provide more fixes!

Should have to do that though.
Did you power OFF the system for 1 minute then back ON after the last FW update?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Re: Satellites stop working and WiFi is offline but wired still works
I'll do that later today. I'll unplug the units and wait a few minutes then plug it all back in!
I think I have it off on all devices but I'll double check that as well!
