Can't change admin password on RBR50

I'm not able to change the admin password on my RBR50.  I've had a non-default password for a couple of years that works fine, but when I try to set a new password from the Administration / Set Password page, it just sits there when I hit the Apply button.  No error, no visual change to the page, nothing.  And it leaves the original password unchanged.

 

Anyone else having this problem?  Any suggested solution short of a factory reset?

    What browser are you using? Try a different browser, MS Edge or Firefox?

    Try a full on reboot of the RBR, then log in with a browser that had it's cache cleared and try again.

     

    If it still fails, factory rest and setup from scratch. Walk thru the setup wizard. Be sure to write down important information for safe keeping.

      It's failing with Firefox, Chrome, and Brave.  I'll try a full reboot and try again on Chrome after flushing the cache.
