This is a good start. Please tell us more.
For example, the Orbi is connected to the FIOS router.
Where is the printer connected?
Can you by change provide the IP address of the printer (maybe by printing out a "configuration" page), and
provide the IP address of the device which wants to print to that printer?
Thanks
Do you have just the router or do you have the additonal satellite too. Becasue if so I may have an idea. I have an rbk23 unit which is the rbr20 with two satellites and the odd thing is that I noticed that for my router if the printer is connected to a satellite that my router and pc at the moment doesnt recognize then it wont print but if I connect to another satellite it will work.
If you have an RBR 20 and an RBS20 then ping the satellite while connected to the router either wired or wirless via CMD. If its no go then try to do it when both your PC and Printer are connected to the same satellite. If it works then its most liklely due to a sofware bug I have just discovered.
