Netgear ORBI drops when wired to PS5 and XboX

Happens every day

Ps5 is wired
Firmware is the latest v 2.7.2.102
Modem is ARRIS SURFboard SB6183
PS does not have WiFi broadcast
It also happens with the Xbox which is also wired.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've never had this issue before. worked fine with PS4 Pro

Does this happen with both consoles are online or either one online?

What are other devices doing when this happens? Anyone else streaming or downloading anything?

Are the consoles wired directly behind the RBR?

What CAT# cables are you using? CAT6 is recommended.

What is your ISP speed package UP and DOWN that you pay for?

How many RBS are being used?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

they're never both online at the same time. no one is ever streaming anything that I'm aware of.

cat6 cables are being used and they are wired behind the RBR.

      my download/upoad speed is 470/23

      i have 2 sat - RBS50 and RBW30

Something to try and see, turn off the satellites and just run the RBR alone.

Might set up a IP address reservation for both consoles on the RBR.

You can try and set NAT Filter to OPEN and see if this does anything.

I've loaded v102 on mine and have two xbox 1s and will be checking mine out this evening. I don't have a PS or new X series.

This just happening after you got the PS5 wants to point to something on the console causing problems though....
