Ports on RBK50 vs. RBK 43s
Does the RBK50 have fewer ports than the RBK 43s or the same? Also, is the coverage better or worse with a 3 pack RBK43s vs. a 2 pack RBK50?

RBK50 has same plugin ports per unit. The coverage would depend on your distancing of the satellites. The RBR50 AC3000 router and RBS50 AC3000 satellite have a much faster backhaul channel with more antennas as well. I think overall the RBK50 would outperform the RBK43.

Re: Ports on RBK50 vs. RBK 43s
Thanks for the reply. I'm glad you clarified the ports because a Best Buy store rep. indicated the RBK 50 had only three ports versus seven for RBK43s. It seemed strage considering RBK50 is a more advanced unit, at least based on your response bellow.
