Transfer Serial Number Registration of Used Orbi RBK50

Question

I bought a used Orbi RBK50 from Amazon and when I tried to register the serial number, it says that its already been registered, as expected, with the previous owner. How do I transfer the registration to myself now that I'm the new owner?

Just a quick update - I contacted Netgear phone support which opened a case for me and directed me to email some additional info to their customer service email. Within a few hours, my registrations was transferred successfully.
