time zone changes repeatedly, causing connectivity issues - Orbi RBS50
Intermittently I randomly become unable to access Netflix / Amazon prime or develop other miscellaneous connectivity issues. When logging in to my Orbi I will often see the timezone has changed. I live in the UK, and when I set it correctly the connection issues resolve immediately. However it will then randomly stop working and when I log in, the timezone has again changed, often to casablanca!
I want to know how to stop this happening, as it is highly frustrating. Is this an NTP issue (I'm using the default NETGEAR NTP server as per default settings)?
I use my orbi directly as a router, via FTTP broadband.
I am currently using the most up to date firmware (V2.5.1.8).

Have you used the iOS or Android app? It has been reported in another thread that when the iOS app is used, the NTP timezone settings (at least for daylight savings time) can change. If so, is your smartphone perhaps using the Casablanca timezone?

Thanks, had a look into this and locked my phone's timeline to London. Then this evening at 11pm same thing happened again, casablanca again! Also had not used the orbi iPhone app again during this period.
Any other ideas?
It says you can use a "preferred NTP server", don't really understand this well enough but could that be a potential fix? Could anyone talk me through setting this up?
Thanks again

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update on the RBR?
