GS310TP versus GS110TP Switch models

Hello! I notice that both of these devices are available for sale and both seem functionally identical. Seems to be the same ports and same power budget. Just different colors. Does anybody know what the differences might be and why they might sell both of them?

    The GS110TPv3 (GS110TP-300xxx) can be optionally Insight cloud managed optionally, while the S350 Series GS310TP (currently v1, GS310TP-100xxx) can't as of writing. The older GS110TP(v1) and GS110TPv2 which can still exist in the market for sale seem to be very similar to the GS310TP in the feature set - compare yourself.
