Connecting NAS to readycloud
Hi there,
I am having issues with connecting my nas to the readycloud i.e. it is not being discovered. Additionally when I access the admin page there is no cloud tab for me to select to confirm that I have to green checks. Can anybody help with this?

ReadyCloud requires OS 6 firrnware. The stock Ultra-6 runs 4.2.x firmware, and it sounds like you haven't converted it to OS 6.
If you do want to convert it, the process will destory your data (all disks are reformatted), so you would need a full backup. Netgear doesn't support OS 6 on your NAS, so you would no longer be able to get paid support.
