LAn access for user stops when added as a cloud user
I have 11 users. I have my shares set to anonyumous access for all.
I only have one User account on the nAS - Admin.
All use local LAN access. Works fine.
I now have a user that wants to access from home. SO I add one Cloud account for that user. Using their email address. They create a NetGEar username and registers. The cloud account works fine. They can access shares from remote using web and Ready Cloud.
But when they return back to the office on the LAN on their desktop system, access is denied. Enter username/password. They enter same email address and password as Ready CLoud. It gives "Multiple connections" error.
How do I add a user for readycloud for remote access, so it does not mess up their LAN access in the office? (While using anonymous LAN access for all.)

One of the (IMHO) really bad things about ReadyCloud is that a ReadyCloud user name and a local user name cannot be the same or used interchangeably. Your ReadyCloud user will have to use ReadyCloud even in the local office if they need to use that account name. Note that that does not mean the data will go over the Internet and back. The ReadyCloud server should allow the user's computer and the NAS to establish a connection on the local LAN. But the ReadyCloud server has to be available via Internet to facilitate that connection.
