ReadyCloud: Device is offline
Please help me! I have a normal acces via the admin page, but via the readyCloud still the message device is offline. The readyCloud in the settings is turned on. I am also facing problems with ...

I updated it to 6.5.2 and I've just updated it to 6.7.2.
Updates should work the normal ways (local or remote update) going forward.
You should be able to join your NAS to ReadyCLOUD now. Please check this too when you get the chance.

Let's give mdgm-ntgr a chance to chime in.
In the meantime, download the log zip file from the logs page in the web ui, and look at initrd.log. If there's an error in there, please post it here.

You clearly do have the image checksum problem - if the procedure mdgm-ntgr posted doesn't work, then you'll need assistance from support.

Everything solved. I could now online update firmware from 6.7.2. To 6.7.4.
And i have access again via readycloud.
