ReadyCloud login

HI.

I've just converted my readycloud account into mynetgear account.

I've updated NAS firmware and readycloud client but when i make login it says NAS is offline instead it's online.

Can you help  me to solve?

Hello gianlucagin,

 

Can you check again please if the FW is updated? Under Cloud, it should look different now. The ReadyCloud account login should now appear in an email address format.

 

Also, the ReadyCloud client you mentioned, is that a Windows desktop client? Make sure it is v 1.12 and the account you enter is in an email address format too.

Hello.

I've 6.5.0 FW in my NAS and v.1.12 Windows ReadyCloud client with an e-mail log-in but still it remains off-line.

If you give me your e-mail i send you a screenshoot.
