I have a ReadyNas 312 that I want to back up online.
In considering both the ReadyNas Vault and OneDrive.
Any opinions on which is best?
Do/ can both sync new changes to files immediately?
Do/ can both keep versions of files so you can revert back to previous versions (like you can with Sharepoint)?

Both service seems to have real time sync and both seem to have good service.
IMO, going with ReadyNAS vault or Onedrive has it's own Pros and Cons but using Vault may also provide you more.
Here is a link on ReadyNAS Vault features https://www.readynasvault.com/#features. Vault also has it's own Support team as well.
OneDrive though seems to be more consumer friendly or atleast the plans it has.
