ReadyNAS 6.10.3 OneDrive bidirectional sync problem

Hello,

I have RNDU6000 running 6.10.3. I enabled bidirectional sync to OneDrive and found this issue:

* when I delete a file in OneDrive, it is deleted in NAS

* when I delete a file in NAS, it is NOT deleted in OneDrive

How can I fix this?

  • Hi poko2121,

It will be best for you to contact our support team. There is a fix that they can apply to your NAS that can probably fix the issue.

    Hi mrQQ,

Have you tried leaving the NAS from OneDrive then rejoining it?

Do you also experience the same issue if you select Upload local storage changes only for the sync direction?

I have the same problem. I've tried leaving and rejoining, did not help. Also the same issue is present when Upload local storage changes only is selected. It is happenning pretty consistently.

This is what I have in the log when I delete a file locally and it does not get deleted from onedrive:

Jul 05 23:50:30 ReadyNAS ng-csd[18056]: Failed to get sync action. Error #12: File not found: <path here>
      Jul 05 23:50:30 ReadyNAS ng-csd[18056]: E0705 23:50:30.423131 18056 SyncUpsyncFile.cpp:243] Failed to get sync action. Error #12: File not found: <path here>

This worked well before so the bug may have been introduced by a recent firmware.

        Hi zbs,

Can you provide me the complete system logs of your NAS? You may upload it to a file-sharing site then send me the download link via private message.
