Google Drive Sync not working RN426
Hi - I've just had to do a reinstall on a device in house. I went to the local share where I keep a local copy of the Google shared documents so that in just this scenario I can do a quick restore without having to pull them all off the cloud.
The App was showing a green light but multiple files and directories were missing on the NAS when compared to the Cloud Drive and the local drive on another PC- It's obviously not been working for a while and I've been believing the green light on the app (OK Bad Mike - I know)
The setting is "download changes only" as it's supposed to be part off my backup strategy that gets put onto offline storage once a week. It's much quicker this way obvs.
I went in and fiddled with the settings and then set them back to where they were. The log file (and network activity) seems to indicate that a ton of files are now being downloaded.
Anyone else seen this dangerous behaviour ?
Do I really have to do a 'diff' on the file trees every night to be sure ?
I'm on 6.10.3 but looking at the 'holes' this has been going on for a while.

How many folders are synced to the NAS? Are you saying that the folders were not updated for a while now?
Have you checked the Internet connectivity of your NAS? If possible can you posts screenshot of the issue you are having?

Hi Marc - I should have taken screenshots - but sadly I didn't. The issue was a large number of directories and single files were missing from the NAS that were on the Cloud-based google drive AND another machine that syncs to the Google Drive cloud (and not the NAS) - I had to kick it twice in the end with the swap of settings then apply

Both ticks are green and the blob on the app icon is back to green - it was blue during the sync.
There is no problem with internet connectivity. It's on the switch which connects to the firewall so it can't be any closer - The only App installed is Logitech Media Server which serves up Spotify which would be a good check for internet connectivity - there would be hell to pay it if was not available !
Have you set DNS servers manually under the Network settings? Also, have you tried retoggling Google drive service on the NAS?
