Ready cloud App for Windows 10 won't open a file explorer window.
ReadyNAS 516, 6.10.2 - setting up remote access. The readyCloud app 1.19 (latest at time of posting) opens a file explorer window properly on some computers, and nothing on others. It's not account related, as I am using one account to test all of the computers.
Lenovo M83, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10, a variety of small form factor and towers, works on some not on others, and I don't see a pattern.
Suggestions?

Update. It's something in the windows profile that prevents the file explorer window from opening. When I log into the sam computer using another local account, it works fine. The problem account is also a local account, with admin priviledges. Any thoughts on what to look for before I create a new profile for these users?
