Hi,
I have an RN202 running the latest ReadyNAS 6.6.1 and I've tried to install the ReadyNAS iDrive app - both the one from the admin page (v1.00.08) and the one downloaded from https://www.idrive.com/netgear-backup#dwnld (idrive_armel.deb, v1.00.09) - and in both cases they don't work.
Launching the iDrive app at http://192.168.1.110:7085/IDrive/.config/index.php displays a wait spinner - forever.
Also, once that page gets stuck, other things are ailing as well, in particular the LogAnalyzer page at http:192.168.1.110:7111 won't come up.
I've tried turning off Antivirus, rebooting, and reinstalling iDrive to no avail.
Uninstalling iDrive or rebooting will at least allow LogAnalyzer to work again, but as soon as you launch the iDrive page things get wedged again.
Any clues out there? Can someone take a look at logs from the system, or remote into it?
Thanks.

iDrive found and fixed a configuration issue in their app which was assuming the default "/data"; in my case it needed to be "/ReadyNAS-Volume".

Re: iDrive ReadyNAS app doesn't work
I posted a similar message over on https://www.idrive.com/support and they're looking into it now.
