Backup error: cannot create directory .... permission denied

I think your source path name is incorrect on the backup job settings. The starting \ should be removed. It should just be 1-TM-PRODUCTION
The backup will also fail if the NAS doesn't have permission from Windows to write to the TM_Deanna share. If the TM account credentials are the ones you use on the PC, then the windows file permissions are probably ok. But you might want to double-check that the network permissions for the windows folder give TM full access.

The path was copied over from Explorer, so should be fine. Regarding your suggestion to reset the permissions, I'm sorry, but not sure exactly what that means or how to do it. :(
