The lighting in your movies was very poor, and I could not see the memory. If memory is installed and you know it is compatible memory installed in the proper slots, and you are sure the power supply is good, then the reaction you are getting at power-up and the lack of any video, even from a BIOS, would tend to indicate that your assumption that the motherboard is good is flawed. The fact that you are not using the original redundant power supply is likely not a factor. It could be as simple as a corrupt BIOS, but you'll have no way to fix that.
There is no indication on the motherboard, chassis, or drive backplane that it might be OEM from another company?
But it does appear you have determined where you can buy a replacement if you want to throw more money at it.

RAM is oryginal, and it is fine (tested)
It is possible that BIOS is corrupted, but it is not hardware problem, as long as it is not damaged internal flash.
There is nothing what can suggest that this is OEM from different company. Only two numbers S-36 and 01017WG0B-388-G.
I do not see any reason to inwest more into this NAS. This MOBO is more expensive that NAS cost me.
In the last resort, I can always use different MOBO with SAS controllers, it shoud fit :) or I will sell chassis to be used in such project.
