Hi I have anew NAS running 5.3.7
I can't log in to Genie on the NAS nor on the genie.netgear.com
and when I try to create a nev account it says I allready have account
and when I chose "forgot password" the site dose not send any mail to me
have check everyvere on my mail.
How can I get access to the genie?
