ReadyDLNA not visible after new router /ReadyNas RN10211
Hi
My ISP supplied with a new modem/router, a Technicolor CGA2121, and since it got installed, I can't see the ReadyDLNA server anymore. it has been working perfect for some years, via my previously router (Linksys/Cisco EA6300).
It's only the DLNA part, I can access any folder on the NAS, and they visible as usual, through Total Commander, Windows Explorer etc.
The NAS is running the lastest firmware 6.9.3.
On the Technicolor router, the UPNP was disabled by default, swithing it on didn't do any difference. Do I need to open a port on the router?
There is no firewall active on the router. The router have an DLNA options, via a USB port, and that part works fine - I don't want to use though, I prefer the Netgear NAS.
Any suggestions anyone?
Thanks in advance

I use various, but mostly All connect on either an Iphone or Androide. I find the Androide version runs best. I cast to Chromecast units.
For verification, I fired up the older Linksys router, created a tester WiFi, connected the NAS, and that environment still works.
I somehow like the new router, as it covers nearly all of my house with WiFi, I had to have a repeater on the Linksys.- StephenBGuru - Experienced User
Can you tell if it works on wired ethernet? I'm thinking the problem might be specific to WiFi?
The VLC client is able to play from a dlna server, there is more information here: https://www.vlchelp.com/access-media-upnp-dlna/
