Paid £60 for a "no fix no fee" ticket, got investigated and told the file system is corrupt and they cannot fix.
Only option would be to pay for a data recovery incident (£125) and then they would backup my iSCSI LUN data to external volumes (which I'd need to provide), factory reset the device and then copy it all back again.
I don't think I actually need all the data so I'm not sure I need to do this.
Asked for my £60 back but was told it was non-refundable and that the first agent was incorrect. Have had to raise a dispute with customer services about the incorrectly charged fee.
Not a particularly good experience, especially as I happy paid up front to find it couldn't be fixed.

Paid £60 on the understanding of "no fix no fee".
Was told it couldn't be fixed and I could pay an additional data recovery charge of £125. If I chose to do this, the £60 for the first ticket would be refunded.
This isn't what I was originally told. As the call was recorded, I expect my money refunded as promised. There's little value in a guy spending two minutes looking at a log only to tell me that my £60 has been lost as he can't do anything unless I spend more money.
