2.4GHZ Band not broadcasting

My Netgear is not broadcasting the SSID on the 2.4GHz range. It says its enabled but it no devices can see it. My 5 GHZ band is fine and working. I am on the latest firmware I think at V1.0.2.80. It ...

Support had me change my MTU and so far I haven't had any dropping. It's only been 24 hours though.

What's the exact model and version of your router? Is it WNDR4300 or WNDR4300v2?

Is the 2.4GHz light still on or off?

You may want try to reinstall the firmware and then do a factory reset afterwards.

It is not the v2 and the 2.4GHz light is illuminated.

  Try to re-upload the latest firmware once again and then reset.
