AC1750, Model R6400v2
AC1750, Model R6400v2 I just recently updated to the recent firmware and now the nighthawk app cannot find my router nor the IP address work to login. Please help.

What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
Is it working?
what firmware version did you install?
- My modem is through cable provider Spectrum Model EN2251 is on the modem. The latest firmware 1.0.4.122 we did it yesterday. The internet is working I just cannot login to the IP address 192.168.1.1 as an admin to monitor my devices. The nighthawk app states it cannot find my router. So I reboot, reset everything and nothing is working. I just wish I never updated that darn firmware.

Have you checked to see if its at that gateway address?
Pull up a command prompt in windows and type ipconfig
That'll tell you what the gateway address is.
