C6300 – Unable to login into Modem

Although my C6300 – AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router is working and my connection speed is great I'm unable to login to my modem's menu/settings page. I have tried http://routerlogin.net which just routes me to Netgear's website and also http://192.168.0.1 which I confirmed is correct by checking via "ipconfig" in command prompt. I recently added a Verizon Network Extender and need to access my Netgear settings to make changes.  Please advise how else I can access the modem/router menu page or what may be causing me not to be able to access using the exact address in my browser?

Try a different browser.

Also try going to 192.168.100.1

Thanks for your help.  Unfortunately I just tried and neither of those suggestions worked.

Re: C6300 – Unable to login into Modem

Should I try doing a full reset of my router and then see if I can login to the router via the Default Gateway IP address 192.168.0.1?

You can try a factory reset?

Are you able to ping the IP address?
