Wi-Fi USB adapter is not detected after installation
Running windows 10 pro on my desktop. Have spent a couple hours trying to install this product. Utilizing the install genie on the CD and following instructions exactly, the adapter is not detected. I understand this is happened two other purchasers. I've been told you just have to "mess around "with your settings. Or ask for support from Netgear. Any feedback from community participants would be appreciated. I expected to have the opportunity to speak to a technical support technician for assistance. Apparently that gear does not make that action readily or easily available. Very frustrating to purchase a product that does not easily install.

Re: Wi-Fi USB adapter is not detected after installation
Some people find that they do not need to install anything. They just plug in and leave Windows to find what it wants.
You could also try downloading the software from the support pages for this device.
