JGS524PE Port 3 light green - everything else orange
Hi,
I've spent the last 2 weeks waiting for Netgear support to no avail and I'm hoping someone in the community can help me out.
My switch has what appears to be an error code with the lights. POE and everything works. The lights are all orange regardless of whether a cable is plugged in or not apart from Port 3 as seen in the photo below. Does anyone know what is wrong or how to fix it? I've tried rebooting, powering it off for 5 min and doing a firmware reset. Nothing works.
Appreciate any guidance.
