I'm looking for rack mounting brackets for my GS108PP switch that I bought less than a year ago, and I searched the forums here and the response is to get in touch with support. But Netgear does not allow you to contact them if you purchased the product more than 90 days ago. This is the worst support I've ever seen from a hardware company. I don't even really need support - I just want to buy some rack mount brackets, and yet I have no way to even get in touch with Netgear.
I search Amazon and there is nothing that fits this product. I will never buy another Netgear product if I can't resolve this.

So I wanted to update and mention that Netgear support came through and delivered the brackets to me as soon as they were available. I'm impressed with the follow up by Netgear when the part was available. Much appreciated.

Your GS108PP was certainly delivered with the rack mount wings.

2. They forwarded me to another support contact
3. I called, and they were home solutions, and forwarded me to business solutions.
4. I called them, they handled routers, and forwarded me to switches.
5. I called them, they spent 10 minutes looking up a part number.
6. I asked if they sold the part, they said no, and to search amazon.
7. I said thanks, hung up, searched amazon, and half an hour searching other sites. The part is not for sale anyway.

Not really, just wanted to hear the full story for the amusement.
Hard to imagine for me Netgear can't make these two parts available from their resources (or warranty returns). Perfectly aware the supply chain is still hevaily shaken. @Iphie_C or @Marynel - your business!
