Letter of Volatility for JGS516v2 says to Use flash programmer to clear internal Flash but does not list the step. Can anyone help me with the steps to use flash programmer to clear internal flash of this switch ?
I inquired your concern to the higher tier of NETGEAR Support and just got a feedback. As per the higher tier of NETGEAR Support, the step that you are referring to is not applicable for customers. Flash programmer is not available to be used by customers.
