That's helpful to know.
If you have some other device (for instance a mobile device) on the router network network, can you see if they also resolve the crazy hostnames? There are free "ping" apps for phones/tablets where you could enter raphaelcbookair.home and the other hostnames you are seeing.
There is a host file on the PC that is usually not filled in - perhaps google that, and make sure it is empty.
Also, you might want to try setting the PC's DNS server configuration to 8.8.8.8 (google DNS) as a test (without using your router or ISP DNS in the configuration).
Is there parental control software on the PC? That often is done by proxying DNS.
