Can't Access Boot Menu (Bootloader)
I have read the instructions to access the Boot Menu. I power down the unit. I press and hold the reset button on the back. I power on the Readt Nas Duo. The instructions say that the Power, Backup, U...
Is this the only disk in the Duo? If so, do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything).
If there are two disks installed, remove the new disk, boot the NAS, verify that you can access your data then hot-add (add while NAS is on) the new disk.
