Can't access admin using server name - RN214

Not sure when this changed, but I used to be able to access the admin page using the server name (i.e. myservername/admin). However, it now only presents a footer page. When I access it via IP (10.0.0.XXX/admin) it's fine. Any ideas? Latest firmware, 6.9.2

I don't think this is an issue with the NAS - I suspect that your hostname isn't resolving to the proper address.

Are you getting the prompt for NAS credentials?

Have you tried pinging the hostname from the PC and confirming the IP address?

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

Good call. Seems to have been a cache thing. It's resumed working again. No idea why it would have behaved so strangely in this case, but it's fine now. Thank you.
