Does Samsung Galaxy 2 interfere with ReadyNAS Duo DLNA ?

Hi all,

I recently changed my phone to the (awesome) Galaxy S2. Around the same time my PS3 stopped seeing the Duo. It has worked for the past 2 years without a hitch. I'm wired, not wireless.

I don't believe in coincidences and I wonder if the S2s ability to act as a DLNA server (using the AllShare function I believe).

I searched this forum and can see that several people have had problems with PS3 over wireless, but that doesn't apply to me. I see in that same topic something about SDDP services being broadcast and that made me wonder if the S2 was blocking something.

Anyone else ?

Oops. Embarrassingly it was a loose network cable.

Sometimes its the simple problems that pass you by, and coincidences do happen.

For interest, using Allshare on the S2 I am able to access the content on my Duo no hassle.
