HELP URGENT: ERROR WITH AUTHENTIFICATION

HI, I have a problem with the authentication on my NAS RN312 - OS : 6.6.1 after a reboot.

My NAS has an authentication with Active directory that was OK until last Friday.

Today, I have this authenticatiob by default but I have NO USER in the list of Users and when I try to synchronise with the Active Directory (good login, good password, good adress) by clicking on APPLY  I have this error : Security settings failed to apply: Error in prec_proc_modify_security() no error code

I have the Same message when I try to switch ON LOCAL USERS

So I can't share and acces to all my shared folders.

What can I do pRN312-ERROR.JPGlease ?

You could open an online live chat support case. Based on the purchase date showing on your profile (assuming that's accurate) your NAS should have lifetime online chat support.
