Has anyone experienced any problems with VMware ESXi 5.0 U1
I am rebuilding my lab after the last year’s ESXi 5.0 upgrade from ESXi 4.0 U1. For many months, I could no longer access the VMs I had deployed with iSCSI data store on the ReadyNAS Pro Business. The latest RAIDiator update fixed the incompatibility with ESXi 5.0. However, all of my VM datastores had to be removed because they didn’t get upgraded to the new format when I upgraded ESXi 4.0 U1 to ESXi 5.0 because they were not accessible. So, now I am rebuilding all of those VMs, and am also upgrading the hardware on which ESXi is running. I am going to be installing ESXi on the USB flash stick and wondering if I should go with ESXi 5.0 U1 instead of ESXi 5.0. Has anyone had any issues with ESXi 5.0 U1 running VMs with iSCSI datastores on the ReadyNAS?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I’m running RAIDiator 4.2.20 on my ReadyNAS Pro Business. I’ve just tried to “Check for Update”, but this is what shows up:
RAIDiator-x86
Version: 4.2.20

Do a manual update: http://www.ReadyNAS.com/RAIDiator_x86_4_2_21_Notes - chirpaLuminaryThe person that manages the auto-update server is out of the office. Try the manual update as mdgm suggested.
