Hello there,
Model ReadyNas102 v6.80 1*3To
My disk shows that it's full : Data 2.00To Snapshots 742.92Gb Freespace 723mb
But I deleted and desactivated all the snapshots, when I searh through the shares there isn't any snapshot....
Is there a way to delete these fantom snapshots without formating the disk? I don't have a second disk to save my datas on 😕
Thank you !

Hello again,
I decided to learn a bit about ssh so I logged on the nas via ssh, and did the command to force upgrade the snapshots to v6.80.
Then it made the snapshots to appear again, then I deleted them and redid a balance.
Snapshot place is now completely free 😃
I am happy, issue solved 😃

Re: How can I delete invisible snapshots?
I deleted a lot of data, ~750GB, and more than half of that is now invisible snapshots, that starts to be REALLY boring. Is that so complicated to make an empty place empty? O_O I have now 1.36Tb data and 1.06Tb snapshots. That's stupid -.-

Re: How can I delete invisible snapshots?
Hello JoeJinis,
It does appear performing Volume Balance did not made a difference. Next option would be contact support since the concern may require assistance from the engineers and/or higher tier who can remote in to the NAS and fix this from the backend.

Re: How can I delete invisible snapshots?
You should see three vertical dots in the right hand corner of each post.
Click on them for the relevant post, and you should see "accept as solution". If a post has already been marked as the solution, you won't see that option.

Re: How can I delete invisible snapshots?
The button appeared when I loged in, and I did it just after my prevous answer. But I didn't find the option to delete a post ^^
If the solution may help someone here is the exact walkthrough.
Invisible snapshots taking place ?
Install the little software "Putty".
Activate "SSH" on the web admin page of ReadyNas.
Lauchn Putty and connect to the Nas local IP with log "Root // youradminpassword "
Type :
# touch /.force_snapshots_upgrade # systemctl restart readynasd
Close Putty.
Reboot your Nas.
Nas will upgrade your snapshots.
Desactivate SSH.
Your snapshots will now appear and can be manually deleted.
Delete all then do a "Balance".
Reboot the Nas.
Profit your HDD new place =D
