Were you able to log into the two NAS directly and turn off ReadyCloud?

If not, you should disconnect them from the network.

Yes ,i did ,,But i know that solve the hacking temporarily ,

I'm extremely dissapointed from NETGEAR ,,,I would ever touch or recomment to any of my office -personal colleques their products ,

It could be impossible to hack my account cause i had one of the most sophisticated -hard to find Password and i could believe that they could hack my pc some day but now the NETGEAR CLOUD  !!!

It't out of my mind and i feel terribly not only that they might have access to all my files but their CLOUD to be a space with unlimited holes !!

I don't know where to start and where to finish really ,,i can't not ever delete the system clould admin of my NAS !!!

I might do DESTROY ALL THE Volumes and start over of the beggining but never go to link to CLOUD again

It's so dangerus to have a link on cloud ,,everybody has to be noticed about that ..

      One of hardest suggestin

STAY OUT OF CLOUD completely  !!  You can't imagine the RISK and the damage the hackers they might bring you

Netgear has not annoiunced any large-scale ReadyCloud compromise. I think it is very unlikely that your ReadyCloud account alone was directly and randomly hacked without the hacker having some a priori knowledge regarding your system and password.  That's how most so-called "hacking" happens.  Now, it could be easier for somebody to hack the local interface or access it through a PC on your local LAN and send themselves an email invitation to ReadyCloud, especially if you have any other remote access door open to your LAN or PC and/or took less care with that password.  And, of course, a keylogger on your comnputer could give them the information they need.

If one does not have a need for remote access, then your advise of staying off the cloud is certainly valid.  Why take an unnecesary risk, no matter how small?  But to say ReadyCloud is not secure when you really have no idea how that access to yours was gained is going too far.

That said, two-factor authentication, which is a currently active suggestion in the Idea Exchange with no Netgear comments, would certainly add even more security.
