Memeo backup

Hi, I own a ReadyNAS Duo v2 since a bunch of years and I used Memeo backup software to backup my data on it.

When my PC's hard disk failed, I had all my data perfectly backed up on ReadyNAS. Now I have a new PC and I would like to restore data on it, but I'm not able to find Memeo software anymore. I'm not able to remember where I got it: I still have ReadyNAS cd but it does not contain anything related to Memeo. How can I retrieve the software so that I can restore my data? Do I need to manually copy it from ReadyNAS? I hope not so, as I should  manually discard all older versions of many files.

Thanks for helping

The download can be found at http://www.readynas.com/download/backup/MemeoPremiumBackup1_Setup.exe

Hopefully it will still install. If it does, I suggest saving the download on the NAS Smiley Wink

Re: Memeo backup

By the way: looks like the installer must be executed with "compatibility settings" in Windows 10

I've never used it, but my recollection is that it is supposed to auto-activate when it sees the ReadyNAS.  But there are some old posts here saying that some users had trouble with that step.  One person overcame that, and posted his solution here: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Backing-up-to-your-ReadyNAS/Memeo-backup-premium-Automatic-activati...
