Netgear 4312s: Only 1 SFP+ port works at 10GB
I am upgrading my ReadyNAS 4312s to our 10GB network. It has two SFP+ ports and I am using two tranceivers to go from SFP+ to 10GBase-T, then CAT8 patch cables to connect to a 10GB Dell 8164 10GB switch.
The issue is that only one of the ports will deliver 10GB. When configuring them, the first will go to 10GB, but the second stays dark and cannot be forced to 10GB, but can be forced to 1 GB. This happens when configured independently. When bonded, they both stay at 1GB.
How can I get both ports to stay at 10GB?
